We’re a small (but mighty) team, and we’re often hands-on with guest – so replies aren’t always instant. Our reservationists work remotely with flexible hours, so please send us a text and we’ll respond as soon as we’re able. Need a call? Leave a voicemail or text “CALL BACK” and we’ll return it when we’re free.
Text us anytime, even after hours – we’ll reply as soon as we’re back online.
Finding us: We’re located inside Kifer Commerce Park (a business park) near Kifer & Lawrence Expressway, just past Costco. It doesn’t look like a typical salon plaza – look for Triptych Studios Inc above our door (our parent company). We’re the second building on the left, with lots of free parking in the lot.
Online Booking
Most appointments are reserved well in advance at dbs Salon in Sunnyvale, CA. If you know you will want to come in again, we strongly recommend prebooking.
Returning Guests
Online booking is available for returning guests.
- You can book your next visit, adjust an upcoming appointment, or join the waitlist by texting us.
- Online availability is based on real time openings, but not every appointment type or time slot will show online.
- If you are not sure what to book, or you do not see what you need, text us and we will help match you with the right service length and timing.
New Guests
To stay on schedule and reserve the right amount of time for your hair appointment, online booking is turned on after your first visit.
Step 1: Complete our New Guest Questionnaire. Answer as many questions as you can. More detail helps us plan properly.
Step 2: Text us to schedule, or ask to be added to our cancellation list.
Step 3: When an opening matches your request, we will text you to book.
Wait times vary. Sometimes we can get you in right away, and sometimes it takes a bit longer, especially for evenings, weekends, or longer services. Once you are on our cancellation list, we will text you as soon as something that fits opens up.
Credit Card and Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required to reserve an appointment and is only used in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. We have a firm 48-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the reserved service. No-shows are charged 100%.
